We bring together select massage techniques to both repair and restore your body back to optimum health. In turn, reducing tension, stress and anxiety in both body and mind, as well as focusing on pain management, support through injury, restricted movement or post-surgery, and deep relaxation.
Based in relaxation and therapeutic methods, these include Swedish massage, reflexology, deep-tissue massage, ligament adjustment and muscle-manipulation therapy, cranial-sacral therapy, reflexology, shiatsu massage, tui nai and lomi lomi techniques, as well as lymphatic and aromatherapy massage, using organic cold-pressed extra-virgin coconut oil, specific muscle liniments and tailored aromatherapy preparations.
We also combine massage with acupuncture, and offer body treatments and skin support, including organic-based facial treatments, formulated body scrubs and herbal body-wraps.

It's a given that nutrition and dietary support lie at the heart of good health. With our biochemical approach in mind, we offer prescribed foods that are, firstly, specifically tailored to your individual needs and, secondly, look to treat you on a cellular level.
It's an approach that marries nutrition with years of naturopathic knowledge around food, underpinned by Chinese dietary therapy to both nourish and support your body and mind.
While not classically trained chefs, very simply, we balance delicious gourmet-style meals with the nurturing nature of the right food to, in turn, help give your body the best-possible health benefits.

Yoga and yoga-Chi Gong are beautiful techniques that may help to build strength and consolidate your constitution. In turn, we offer a range of static and flow postures, tailored to your unique, individual needs.
What's more, we're always expanding our knowledge of both practices to support the level you're undertaking at present. In turn, we offer Hatha, Iyengar and Acro forms of yoga, as well as yoga-Chi Gong.
In precisely the same way, meditation practices are crafted specifically to suit your individual needs. This is practised through breath-work, awareness, guided meditation and visualisation. The aim being to bring about greater clarity in life, both in body and mind. Again, as with yoga and yoga-Chi Gong, we see meditation as an ongoing practice and education, sharing our evolving insight along the way.

An integral part to what we offer, holistically, is lifestyle consulting. Very simply, this brings together each aspect of what we offer – massage, acupuncture, nutritional support, naturopathy, yoga and meditation – and looks to work closely with you through a tailored, ongoing lifestyle and wellness plan.
For this, we recommend a one- to two-month live-in program. Bearing in mind that programs aren't 'live-in' dependant, as we tailor plans for clients around the world. These services extend to post rehabilitation, pre- and post-surgery injury management, situations such as losing a life partner or a close loved one, tailored weight management or, simply, by creating a detoxification program, tailored to your individual needs.
In turn, we offer physical and emotional support, gentle counselling and guidance around your health right through to simply helping you feel fresher and more positive.

We combine both Japanese and Chinese forms of acupuncture, depending on what your constitution needs at a particular point in time. The former being more gentle and our preferred form of treatment, while the latter is used where the body requires a deeper, stronger action.
Acupuncture is something we also combine with deep therapeutic massage. And to great effect. Again, depending on what your constitution requires, the resulting synergy can be a much quicker path to a place of optimum health, wellbeing and balance.
Other aspects to the treatment sometimes include 'moxa', which is an excellent way to warm, tonify and move stagnation in the body, as well as treat scar tissue and aid blood flow for injury support. Cupping is also used to move stagnation.

Our approach combines natural therapy with modern science and in-depth research. Something that brings together the ancient wisdom of herbs and nutrition – through diet and supplementation, using both Eastern and Western herbs – and treating your individual biochemical level.
While diagnosis follows the traditional testing of nails, tongue, iris and pulse, as well as hair analysis and saliva testing, we also use modern scientific testing, courtesy of Integrated Pathology Services. This is to ensure we have a comprehensive snapshot of precisely what's going on in your body.
From there, we tailor an individual health programme, designed specifically to both your needs and lifestyle. This also extends to nutritional support and dieting plans, as well as detoxifying the body.
